Zusammenfassung:eng: The treatise investigates the different types of legal protection concerning the labor legislation: How does the legal expenses insurance protect people against unjustified or even justified labor demands or claims? Which legal protection does the state offer its employees and employers through its legal or voluntary organizations? - It is a fact that the legally established labor organizations of employees which are supplied with binding membership have for their members a claim to legal protection. The result is a direct competition with the labor court legal protection of the legal expenses insurance. The theory is evolved that the employees are very well protected by their labor legal organizations and unions, and uncomplicated. In this case a legal expenses insurance is of no further interest for them. The employers on the other hand are well considered to insure themselves against all labor legal claims or risks, because the protection of their law societies in labor court is not complete and in addition not enforceable because of being entirely up to the respective organization.
