Zusammenfassung:eng: Complement one another, rational performance and emotional dynamic play a major role in organizations. To show the role of emotions for organizational success, 'Emotion in management' is examined in three ways. Firstly, emotions appear as a social phenomenon. The four primary emotions (fear, anger, depression, satisfaction) provide the appropriate setting, where interaction is influenced by emotional dynamic. For instance, narcissistic, aggressive, and projective leadership tend to be dysfunctional in organizations. Secondly, emotions are discussed as a physiological phenomenon. The inner emotional dynamic is explained by two essential brain models, the limbic brain, and the left-right hemisphere laterality. Cognitive influence on autonomic brain structure is discussed to explain genesis and change of emotional handicap. Different ways are shown how emotional handicap could come into being - especially in men. Contributions demonstrate also the connection of emotion and health. Thirdly, according to the main hypothesis that loss of emotion affects organizational success and the members' health, emotional development in management training is necessarily demanded. Corresponding to hemispheric laterality of human brain, 'right-brain-management' builds the efficient instrument for developing emotions. To develop emotions of managers or employees, appliances on managerial interaction level and group processes are suggested (e.g., to help self-abased employees, getting emotional more self-confident; to help leaders changing negative beliefs, or reducing resistance for change).
